Race Day Schedule: Here's
a quick overview of how Race Day will flow:
6:00 a.m. - Packet Pickup/Registration begins 7:15 a.m. - Parking lot closes 7:30 a.m. - Registration closes 8:00 a.m. - 5K race begins 9:00 a.m. - 1K Fun Run begins 9:15 a.m. - Awards
We will be selling raffle tickets at Early Packet Pick Up and on Race
Day. Throw a few extra bucks in you pocket and take advantage of the following great items being raffled off:

The weather forecast looks excellent. See you all on Race Day. Day of Race Registration: For all the "day
of race" entrants, we will have registration for you from 6:00am to 7:30am in the NHS Gym and we can accept only cash
or checks. Sorry, no credit cards on race day. See this campus map for a layout of the Northwood High School campus. Day of Race Parking: With over 1,500 participants the main parking lot at Northwood High School will
fill up early. We recommend that you carpool with friends if at all possible. In the event the main
parking lot fills up, additional parking is available on the other side of Portola Parkway. View this map for additional parking locations. Online Registration Extended: Good News! Because of the changes in the Packet Pick Up process by Gemini Timing you can register
online with your credit card any time before 5:00 a.m. Saturday morning. At 5:00 a.m. the Active.com database will
be shutdown and you will be required to register with a Scantron Form and pay with cash, check, or money only.
Changes to Packet Pick-up Process: Gemini Timing has developed a new system for distributing bibs and timing chips. Because of this change
bibs will be distributed by a participant number rather than alphabetical order. The number assigned to each participant
will be documented on Thursday morning at the following website address: http://www.geminitiming.com/posts/timberwolf-5k. This new process applies both to Early Packet Pick Up on Friday, and Day of Race Packet Pick Up.
Early Packet Pick-up: We are striving to make the registration
process as easy as possible for all of you. We welcome you to come pick up your commemorative Tee-shirt, goody bag and
race number the day before your race, Friday, February 17. Our friendly staff will be at Custom Bodies
Fitness, 4880 Irvine Boulevard, Irvine, CA, 92620, (714) 544-4010

All those who have pre-registered also have the option to pick up your packets in the Northwood High School Gym
between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on race day morning.
Early Packet Pick-up - NHS Students: All Northwood High School students
who have pre-registered should pick up their packets in the Northwood High School Gym between the hours of 1:00 p.m.
and 2:30 p.m. on Friday, February 17. Students who have not yet registered are encouraged to do
so ASAP. Event Overview: Run With the Pack! Accept the challenge and push
your limits. Casual runners and walkers are also welcome to join this fun, inclusive community event. The Timberwolf 5K Run/Walk, and the 1K Fun Run, feature breathtaking
views, fantastic free food, event t-shirts and the company of hundreds of friendly fitness enthusiasts. Proceeds
from registration and sponsorships benefit Northwood High School and Families Forward, a local non-profit providing supported housing programs, counseling, food, referrals,
school supplies, career coaching, and other services for families in crisis. Register by January 29th for the best price.
